The University of Dayton Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Allies Steering Committee  is a group of UD faculty and staff who are interested in providing a campus atmosphere that is open and accepting of UD students, faculty and staff who are gay, lesbian, or bisexual.  We believe that by offering educational programs, opportunities for advocacy, and supportive information we can create a more positive and safe atmosphere on campus.
